The Fall of Western Europe
As World War II began, Hitler and the Germans sought to conquer all of Western Europe. Hitler used his military to go from country to country invading and bombing them to take control. After only 2 months, Hitler had gained control of most of western Europe leaving only one country left that was standing between Germany and European Domination. The Germans had gotten victory in Holland, Belgium, and France which left the British being the last country that Germany had to face.

Between July and October of 1940, World War II started between The Battle of Britain was between the German Air Force and the Royal Air Force. The Britain had a radar that gave them the advanatge of having an early warning of the attacks of the German Air Force. The German and The British were fighting over freindly territory to Britain. With that being said if one of the German's were to go down they would take who's alive and put them in the British prisoner. If Britain would down they would shelter and take care of them as long as needed them get them back into the war. During the war, the Royal Air Force had lost 1250 aircraft, 1017 fighters, 520 men killed serving for the Fighter's Command. More than 700 facilities from the Bomber Command suffered even more than others, and 200 men were killed serving for the Coastal Command. The Battle of Britain was between the German and the British air forces going to war over the United Kingdom. Britain had took victory over the Germany Air Force. Germany failed to gain superiority over the RAF. ¨If Britain goes down all will be living at the point of a gun.¨
